Cruel Man Grabbed His Dog By The Neck And Repeatedly Hit Him With A Shovel

This is the heights of cruelty, trust me. No human would ever do what this cruel monster did to his pet dog. This 47 year old man from West Monroe called George Dewain Stennett was seen grabbing his dog by the neck and repeatedly hitting it with a shovel. People who saw this happening immediately called the authorities in Ouachita Parish requesting help to save the poor helpless soul.

The man, who is now booked and charged with animal neglect, didn’t hesitate to blow strikes even when the dog was clearly terrified. As soon as help arrived, the poor dog was rushed straight to the vet where they discovered that the pup had untreated wounds. When the man was booked, he denied all accusations, instead claimed that his dog was hit by a car, saying that he was deeply upset about it.
